So I’ll be showing you before and after pictures of my AVC soak, how to make your soak/rinse, and the benefits/why you should start doing them 😇

What you’ll need for your AVC rinse/soak: ☝🏾Apple cider vinegar (I honestly don’t know if it has to be organic or have mother in it but thats the kind i used for mines)

✌🏾 Warm-Hot water

3. A large bowl/pitcher/spray bottle (For Rinse) Or a sink (For soak)

How to make it (In Sink): 1. Clean your sink thoroughly 2. Pour a cup of AVC in your sink 3. Pour two cups or warm-hot water in your sink 4. Soak for 10-15 minutes

How to make rinse: 1. Pour one cup of AVC 2. Pour two cups of warm-hot water 3. Pour rinse in your tub or sink Or 3. Pour rinse in spray bottle When pouring your rinse on your hair make sure you don’t keep it in one area/spot make sure it runs throughout all of your hair and scalp Part Hair in four sections and spray hair with mixture focusing on scalp Let it sit for no longer than 10 minutes

Now doing a rinse or a soak is just a preference like xbox or ps4 or apple or android it just what you prefer now i would say try both to see which one you’ll like better but i prefer the soak

I do these every month but here are the benefits and why you should start doing AVC rinse/soaks

I do mines before i shampoo you can use it to replace your shampoo that day or do this after you shampoo

Now the AVC does have a smell to it but its not strong

When do these my hair feel so freakin soft and not itchy i can also feel a breeze going through my hair and have a lot of volume ❣️
